Grace Knights Softball Team The Lehigh Valley Slo-Pitch Softball Church League plays from late April / early May until early August. The Grace Knights usually practice on Sunday afternoons. Anyone interested in joining (must be 16 years or older), come on out! To join or for more information, either contact Allen Meck, or call the church office. 2024 Season Wrap-up A wrap-up to our 2024 Grace Lutheran Knights softball season: Grace had 16 wins, 7 losses and 1 tie during the regular season; 1 loss in the Playoffs. Team Players were: Allen Meck, Derek Haas, Dave Angstadt, Dan Bartholomew, Andy Castanero, Ron Conrad, Venus Daniel, Brendan Focht, Anthony Gurinowich, Jeremy Hoch, Mike Jordan, Brent Mengel, Dave Morris, Danny O’Neil, Eli Raad, Greg Raad, Todd Shook, John Smigo, Josh Smith, Lee Smith, and Matt Smith. Thanks to all players, umpires, and spectators for a great season! See you in Spring 2025.
2023 Season Wrap-up Grace Knights won both games against Morgenland on 7/25, 18 to 6 and 17 to 5 ending with 16 wins and 4 losses and making it into the playoffs. They won the quarter finals on 8/3 against Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church 15 to 12. They won the semi-finals game on 8/9 against Weisenberg Lutheran 19 to 18. Grace defeated Bethany Wesleyan Blue in the finals on 8/17 with a score of 25 to 9, making them the Lehigh Valley Church Softball League champions for 2023. Congratulations! Way to go team!
