Worship Committee

"Good Morning, Jane and Jack. How are you this fine morning?"

A warm handshake and a church bulletin greet worshippers

and visitors. This from a greeter or usher team member. Earlier

another group, from the altar guild, has prepared the altar with

appropriate paraments (altar covers, etc) for the day's service.

The above are just two of the services covered by the Worship

Committee. The committee is responsible for and oversees the

following activities:

The Choir

The Bell Choir

The acolyte program

The lectors and communion assistants

and any other activities having to do directly with the service of worship.

They also work with the Pastor in planning for regular and special

worship services.

in any of these areas, or serving on the Worship Committee,
