Sunday Morning Worship is where we begin our life together.

Sunday Worship is at 8:00 am and 10:30 am
Communion* is offered at all 8:00 services, and at 10:30 the first and third Sundays of the month.

During June, July, and August, we offer worship at:

     Saturday: 5:00 pm (with communion)

     Sunday: 9:00 am (with communion)

For worship, dress as you feel comfortable, and sit in any pew you like.  We want you to feel welcome! The worship service is printed in its entirety in the bulletin; we use a hymnal (Evangelical Lutheran Worship) for hymns and service music.  If you have any questions about what is going on, please ask an usher and they would be glad to help you.

*All baptized Christians are welcome at the communion table.  At Grace our practice is to commune children from the third grade on, after they have received instruction.  Younger children and anyone for whatever reason not wishing to parkake of the Lord's Supper are invited to come forward for a blessing.

Learning for all ages is important.

Christian Education is important to how we grow in faith.  At each level of life, there is something to learn: God never changes, but we do!  Grace offers education from age 3 through high school, and an adult forum/discussion group as well. Sunday School and Adult Forum meet Sundays at 9:15 am (Adult Forum meets at 10:15 in summer).
Other Christian Learning Opportunities include:

Confirmation Classes - teach young adults more about what we believe, and prepare them to publicly affirm their baptism.

First Communion Classes - teach Third Graders about the Sacrament of the Altar.

Vacation Bible School - offers a week of fun and learning in August each year.

There are many ways to get involved in the life of Grace Lutheran Church.

Senior Choir - A lively group of adults that meet Thursday evenings and share their talents during worship.

Junior Choir - A joyful group of children who practice each week (or when your schedule permits) and sings in worship monthly.

Bell Choir - These ringers praise God with bells and chimes, and practice Monday nights.

Sewing Circle - Make dozens of quilts each year to give away to those in need.

Prayer Shawl Ministry - Create warm shawls given to those in need of a healing touch: a tangible symbol of how we are wrapped in God's love.

Shared Youth Ministry - an opportunity for youth Grades 6 - 12 to gather for fun and service.

Social Ministry - plans events to benefit those in need in our community and throughout the world.
Parish LIfe - plan social events for the enjoyment and bonding of members, visitors, and guests.

We also have men's ministry, a woman's group, and many other ways to participate in the life of Grace.
